hagy Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "hagy", "we", "us", "our" refers to hagy and its affiliated operating entities responsible for the hagy.io platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" refers to the hagy website at hagy.io, including all pages, subdomains, mobile interfaces, games, betting markets, account management tools, and payment systems accessible thereunder.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the hagy Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing hagy's registration process.
• "Real Money Activity" refers to any deposit, wager, game participation, or withdrawal involving actual Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account by hagy.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the multiplier applied to a bonus amount that must be satisfied through eligible real-money gameplay before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Services" refers collectively to all sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, speciality games, payment processing, customer support, and VIP programme offerings available through the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law or hagy's own operational policies.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" refers to UTC+6, the standard time zone applicable to all time-sensitive operations on the hagy Platform.

2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with hagy's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between hagy and each Player with respect to the use of the hagy Platform.

2.2 By clicking "I Agree", completing the registration form, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept all provisions of these Terms and Conditions as they exist at the time of your action.

2.3 These Terms are made available in English. The English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative version in all cases. Any translation provided for convenience purposes shall not override, supersede, or supplement the English text in any respect.

2.4 hagy reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain a hagy account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• Be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register as Players;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method;
• Not be a resident of or physically located in any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or during any Real Money Activity;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by hagy or any other gaming platform;
• Not be an employee, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or director of hagy or any of its affiliated entities.

3.2 Each individual may hold no more than one active hagy account at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. hagy may merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and adjust balances accordingly.

3.3 hagy reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, following any unusual account activity, or at its sole discretion. Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. hagy may suspend accounts pending the satisfactory completion of verification.

3.4 Players are responsible for ensuring that their participation in real-money gambling on hagy complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence. hagy makes no representation that its Services are lawful in every jurisdiction.

4.1 You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your hagy account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, permit any third party to access your account, or use another player's account.

4.2 hagy will never contact you to request your password, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, Rocket PIN, or any other payment account credentials. Any communication purporting to be from hagy that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to hagy support immediately at [email protected].

4.3 You must notify hagy support without delay if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. hagy will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification. Any activity conducted on the account prior to notification will be treated as having been authorised by the account holder.

4.4 hagy accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise convey your account, account balance, accumulated VIP points, or any other account benefit to any other person.

4.5 Players are responsible for ensuring their contact details — including mobile number and email address — are kept current. hagy accepts no liability for failures of communication resulting from outdated contact information on file.

5.1 hagy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT.

5.2 Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Current available methods are displayed in your account dashboard.

5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account VIP tier. Current limits are displayed in the hagy cashier section. hagy reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

5.4 Deposits are credited to your hagy account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds from your chosen payment provider. hagy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or mobile wallet service interruptions.

5.5 Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Typically within 15–60 minutes for verified accounts at Silver tier and above;
• Rocket and Upay: Typically within 1–4 hours for verified accounts;
• Bank transfer channels: Typically 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution;
• Black Diamond VIP tier: Priority processing with typical completion within 15 minutes.

5.6 hagy reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending identity verification, review of account activity for compliance with these Terms, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. hagy will notify the affected Player of any such delay and the reason for it where permitted by applicable law.

5.7 Players may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in their own name. hagy does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.8 Any applicable transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the Player. hagy does not charge its own withdrawal processing fee, though this policy may be reviewed from time to time with reasonable advance notice.

6.1 All sports betting markets on hagy, including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other supported events, are governed by sport-specific and market-specific rules published in the hagy sportsbook section. In the event of a discrepancy between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence.

6.2 All casino games available on hagy, including live dealer tables operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and speciality games including Super Keno and All-Star Fishing, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealing procedures as applicable. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface.

6.3 hagy reserves the right to void any bet or game result where:

• A technical error, software fault, or data feed failure materially affected the odds or outcome;
• The bet was placed using bonus funds in a manner that violates applicable bonus terms;
• The underlying sporting event is abandoned, cancelled, or materially altered in accordance with published event rules;
• The bet was placed by or in collusion with an insider who possessed material non-public information regarding the event outcome;
• hagy has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event or game was compromised.

6.4 Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet or game round are displayed within each betting market and game interface. These limits may vary by game type, VIP tier, and event. hagy may adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

6.5 All bets are final once confirmed. hagy does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where hagy itself determines a void is warranted under Section 6.3.

7.1 hagy may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), Pohela Boishakh, and Ramadan. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all hagy promotional offers:

• A minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn;
• Bonuses must be claimed within 7 calendar days of being credited and used within 30 calendar days of the claim date, unless a different period is stated;
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may only be used for eligible games — game eligibility is specified per promotion;
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise;
• hagy reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim bonus funds where evidence of abuse, fraud, or terms violation is identified.

7.3 Players who wish to opt out of receiving bonus offers may do so by contacting hagy support. Players who have opted out of bonuses will have any bonus amounts credited to their account converted to real-money funds at the discretion of hagy, or removed entirely.

7.4 hagy's VIP programme tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond — carry additional benefits including enhanced withdrawal limits, dedicated account managers (Black Diamond tier), priority support, and exclusive promotional access. VIP tier benefits are subject to change with reasonable advance notice to enrolled members.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hagy Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy specifically designed to guarantee a profit from bonus funds irrespective of game or event outcomes;
• Collusion with other Players, including but not limited to sharing cards, betting information, or coordinating strategies in live casino games;
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing errors — any winnings resulting from a known error must be reported to hagy support and are subject to void;
• Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same identity, different identities, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or any communication with hagy support;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, illegal fund transfer, or any other activity that violates applicable financial laws;
• Attempting to access or interfere with hagy's systems, infrastructure, game servers, or data in any unauthorised manner.

8.2 hagy employs dedicated fraud detection systems, manual review processes, and third-party verification tools to identify prohibited conduct. hagy's determination regarding prohibited conduct is final for the purposes of account action, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 15.

9.1 All content on the hagy Platform, including but not limited to the hagy brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, audio, and video, is the exclusive intellectual property of hagy or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 The hagy brand name and logo are trademarks of hagy. Unauthorised use of hagy's trademarks in any context, including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials, is strictly prohibited without hagy's prior written consent.

10.1 hagy collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at hagy.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept hagy's Privacy Policy.

10.2 hagy uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud, comply with applicable law, and communicate with you regarding your account and hagy's services. hagy does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10.3 hagy may share your data with third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention partners — where necessary to deliver hagy's services, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

10.4 hagy retains account data for a minimum of five years following account closure, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and record-keeping obligations.

11.1 The hagy Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hagy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free availability of the Platform, the accuracy of any sporting odds or game result data displayed, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hagy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings resulting from a technical fault, data loss, interruption to live betting during an in-play event, or delayed payment processing by a third-party payment provider.

11.3 hagy's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit hagy's liability for death or personal injury caused by hagy's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by hagy.

12.1 hagy reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• hagy has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable law;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or verification;
• hagy is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order;
• The Player requests account closure for any reason, including as part of a self-exclusion request under hagy's Responsible Gaming Policy.

12.2 Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the Player, hagy will return the verified account balance (excluding any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) to the Player via their most recently used payment method within 14 business days.

12.3 Where account closure is due to a breach of these Terms, hagy reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance pending investigation. The outcome of such investigation is communicated to the Player within 30 days of account closure.

12.4 Players may voluntarily close their hagy account at any time by contacting hagy support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 2 business days.

13.1 hagy may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments — defined as changes that substantially affect Player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 14 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

13.2 Non-material amendments, including typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, and changes required to comply with applicable law on short notice, may take effect immediately upon publication on the hagy Platform.

13.3 The current version of these Terms is always accessible at hagy.io/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this document.

13.4 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact hagy support to close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

14.1 hagy is an entertainment platform and is committed to ensuring that its Services are enjoyed in a safe and controlled manner. hagy provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account dashboard. Requests to lower a deposit limit take effect immediately; requests to raise a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period;
• Session time reminders: Players may configure on-screen notifications that appear after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-off periods: Players may suspend their account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for any Real Money Activity;

14.3 hagy is strictly an adult platform. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to use the Platform. hagy takes all reasonable technical and procedural steps to prevent underage access and will cooperate fully with any investigation into potential underage gambling.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to hagy's operating jurisdiction.

15.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and hagy arising from the use of the Platform, the Player must first contact hagy support at [email protected] with a detailed written description of the complaint. hagy will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and aim to provide a full response within 14 calendar days.

15.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved through the support process described in Section 15.2, either party may seek resolution through any lawful dispute resolution mechanism available to them under applicable law. hagy will cooperate in good faith with any such process.

15.4 All dispute communications must be conducted in English to ensure clarity and maintain a consistent record. hagy cannot guarantee the accuracy of any translation of dispute-related documents and accepts no liability for misunderstandings arising from translated communications.

16.1 For all enquiries, complaints, account support requests, responsible gaming tool requests, or any other communication relating to these Terms, Players may contact hagy using the following details:
